Key Accomplishments:
- Supervised the delivery and discharge of the stock (AGO) and lubricants then sign off on the supplier’s waybill confirming quantity supplied and received on site.
- Supervise employees work performance to ensure they align with specified standards in achieving set goals and objectives of the business
- Supervised the Tag/Label of the lubricants and AGO storage tanks as required for easy identification
- Supervised safety teams to comply and working under the safety standard to ensure the VMI facilities remain safe environment for the staffs and the clients.
- Supervised the work performance of the personnel the in the VMI facility and ensure they deliver assigned tasks optimally in line with standard operating procedures.

- Ensure procurement of equipment supplies, regular technical report of the equipment and ensure that task are meet without delay
- Prepare daily/monthly report to head office as regards to the activities in the estate
- Taking a monthly meter reading for all the apartment and mall occupants within the estate
- Taking daily price survey of the gas in the market in order to aid our charges rate to the occupant
- Distribution of hardcopy/softcopy invoices to the occupants
- Do the necessary follow up on the tenant/occupant to pay their due invoices

Key Accomplishments:
- Prepare daily/weekly report to head office
- Review and understand equipment and methods of operation, BMS system, fire/life safety, and other systems
- Regular travelling with the Adhoc and maintenance team to delivery sites, for supervisory and periodic reporting
- Ensure the nomination and authorization of the company’s tanker
- Ensure all the company’s trucks used for distribution to the various plants are load without delay in compliance with company policies.
- Apply the use of seal to lock the lines (Liquid, Vapour, Discharge) before the trucks leave the depot
- Record the volume gauge, rotor gauge and volume loaded before the trucks leave the depot
- Ensure efficient and equitable allocation of product to the company from the depot
- Manage relationships with the depots and tanker representatives at the depot
- Receive and act on all product supply authorization orders
- Adjust temperature, pressure, vacuum, level, flow rate and/or transfer of gas to maintain processes at required levels or to correct problems
- Control fractioning columns, compressors, purifying towers, heat exchanger and related equipment in order to extract nitrogen and oxygen from air
- Monitor equipment functioning, observe temperature and flow gauges and perform regular unit checks to ensure that all equipment is operation as it should

• Support the facility manager in preparing work sheet for spools and pipeline in accordance with ASME
procedures and client specification
• Facilitate with the activities of the facility manager to prepare a work breakdown structure on every project,
and properly maintained and archive for reference purpose
• Work with the project manager to ensure that they deliver and achieve an approved designs according to the
client specifications
• Disposing of hazardous materials in accordance with established OSHA procedures
• Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations;
• Work in hand-in-hand to schedule work tasks with other facility technicians in a team-oriented environment
